Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of canvassers by employing innovative strategies such as targeted canvassing outreach in specific neighborhoods known for their interest in renewable energy, and actively participating in home sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solar solutions.
- Demonstrate exceptional salesmanship by not only championing our solar solutions but also by providing ongoing mentorship, feedback, and assistance to your team, setting a high standard for them to emulate and surpass.
- Equip team members with the necessary tools and knowledge by conducting comprehensive training sessions on effective sales techniques, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing strategies, while also ensuring that they have in-depth product expertise to address any customer inquiries.
- Navigate negotiations with finesse, ensuring seamless deal closures by utilizing a consultative approach to understand customer needs and values, and then presenting solutions that align with those needs, while always ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction and strictly adhering to company policies.
- Foster transparency by not only clearly explaining contract terms to customers but also by proactively addressing any queries or concerns that may arise before, during, and after the sales process, ensuring customers feel valued and informed every step of the way.
- Continuously monitor team performance through regular analysis of sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends and provide constructive feedback and coaching to optimize results and drive success, including personalized goal-setting and action plans to support individual and team growth.
Desired Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver's license and personal transportation is essential.
- Demonstrated proficiency in lead generation and outside sales is a prerequisite for this role.
