Summary:
Karsun Solutions is looking for a Capture Manager that will lead multi-functional teams consisting of solution architects, proposal managers, program managers, and teaming partners in the development of compelling capture strategies on active opportunities. The Capture Manager will leverage competitive information gathered by Business Development (BD) as well as the company’s expertise in its core competencies to develop a clear path to winning. The Capture Manager will work closely with BD to identify strong teaming partners and negotiate value-driven teaming agreements.

- Serve as the primary owner of opportunities once they’ve been determined to be in the “Active” phase of the BD pipeline
- Work with BD to develop capture plans (i.e. defining the path to winning the opportunity)
- Strong working knowledge of the Shipley or like business development and capture management processes and techniques
- Identify gaps in capabilities and/or resources and develop a plan for filling those gaps
- Develop and refine value propositions and win themes based on customer interactions, competitive intelligence, and core competencies
- Coordinate with solution architects, proposal resources, partners, and consultants to drive progress on active captures
- Work with pricing to develop a price-to-win strategy that ensures program and financial risks are mitigated
Required:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology or related field.
- Eight or more years of experience in Federal Capture Management.
- Experience in coordinating/managing multi-functional capture teams.
- Experience working with Client Delivery teams to develop and oversee potential solutions for new opportunities.
- US Citizenship required; Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.

Compensation:Salary Range:
The proposed salary range for this role is $165,000 to $195,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Karsun considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
