Summary
Under the general direction of the Practice Administrator and Medical Director, serves as the primary resource for administrative support. Oversees and coordinates provider schedules, projects and duties for the Cardiovascular Institute.
Education
Two years of formal training or education beyond the high school level (e.g., Associates Degree).
Certification, Registration, and Licensure
None required.
Experience
Minimum of two years related experience.
Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the Manager and Medical Director.
Schedule creation, schedule conflict resolution, provider resource coordination between locations, scheduling changes, and updates across all platforms.
Provides back up support for practice management during absences.
Assists with communication of schedule changes, meetings, and Cardiovascular Institute updates.
