Cardiac Sonographer - Top Tier Reps LLC

Job Summary: The Cardiac Sonographer, under the guidance of the supervising clinical provider and the Cardiology Practice Manager, is responsible for performing echocardiograms.

Location: Middlebury, VT

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure echocardiography services comply with American Society of Echocardiography standards and State and Federal regulations.
• Manage the daily technical operations of the laboratory.
• Work closely with the Medical Director, medical staff, and technical staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Conduct echocardiograms as prescribed by physicians, with a focus on trauma and critically ill patients.
• Apply proper ultrasound techniques to achieve high-quality results.
• Position and instruct patients for procedures.
• Follow the Medical Center Compliance Program.
• Backup and transfer studies to disc for review as necessary.
• Adhere to Hospital and Cardiology Department policies and procedures.
• Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Keep accurate records, documents, and statistics.
• Participate in in-service and external professional education programs.
• Attend cardiology department meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• RDCS from ARDMS, CCI, or CRCS by CARDUP required within one year of hire.
• 3 years of echocardiography experience or equivalent education and training preferred.

Salary: $71,000 to $107,000, with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 - $7,500 depending on experience. Full relocation package available.
