SHOP CARPENTER & STAIR INSTALLER

Masterpiece Staircase was established in 1987. We are a small boutique stair builder serving high-end builders and homeowners. We specialize in staircase and handrail construction. Using Old World techniques and artistic design we create one-of-a-kind staircases.

CARPENTER / INSTALLER Responsibilities:

• Fabricate custom staircase components. (Rail fittings/wood turnings) etc.

• Safely operate tools and equipment.

• Read and understand shop drawings and architectural drawings.

• Represent and promote our company values in all transactions with customers.

• Applicant should be eager to learn new procedures by observing and studying processes & methods efficiently.

• Safely operate forklift and all shop equipment.

• Keep company vehicle clean and follow all traffic laws when driving it.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of staircase and handrail installation

• Understanding of measurements and shop tools

• Ability to work in the United States

• Ability to provide own transportation, until company vehicle is provided.
