McKown Pressure Wash, Painting, and Contracting is looking for a skilled Carpenter with a keen eye for detail and a strong foundation in basic construction techniques. As a member of our team, you will contribute to various construction and carpentry projects, utilizing your expertise to meet and exceed our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials, including roofing, siding, for construction projects.
• Operate a range of power tools including air compressors, saws, drills, and hammers efficiently and safely.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to accurately determine the specifications of a project.
• Perform detailed carpentry work to the highest standards of quality and precision, including decks, stairs, windows, doors, capping, interior and exterior projects, etc.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner while adhering to safety regulations.
• Work independently on projects with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all client specifications and expectations are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, managing tools and materials effectively.
• Participate in ladder work and other physically demanding tasks as required.

• 5+ years proven experience in commercial and residential Carpentry with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficient in using various construction tools including tape measures, speed squares, air tools, and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and  manufacturers specifications.
• Independent worker able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to work well within a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Comfortable with ladder work and the physical demands of the carpentry trade.
