• Lead and supervise carpentry crew on various projects.
• Receive daily instructions and job information from the Carpentry Superintendent.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with other trades.
• Train and mentor crew members to enhance skills and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in carpentry and crew leadership.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
