Case Management Nurse - Case Manager - Travel - (CM RN) - Onward

Person in the role works closely with the cardiac surgeons in clinic, physician assistants, care coordination, schedulers and clinic staff. The job is Monday - Friday dayshift. General hours are 7:45to 5:00. Work location is the cardiac surgery academia office at the main hospital and the I. O. Silver clinic in the University Physician Clinic building on the main campus.
