Description
As a Case Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting children, youth, and families navigating the Child Welfare system. Your work will directly impact their lives, providing much-needed guidance, resources, and a path to help families build the skills they need to thrive. You’ll meet with families in foster or home settings, offering everything from supervised visitations and transportation assistance to practical life skills training in areas like parenting, budgeting, meal planning, housing, employment, and substance abuse recovery. With a flexible schedule designed to fit your lifestyle, you’ll have the freedom to balance your professional and personal life while staying available to support clients through crisis situations, even after hours. You'll never be alone in your work—ongoing support comes from weekly supervision, training, and team meetings with your office colleagues. Together, you’ll make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most.

- $33,000-$45,000/year
- Flexible full time schedule
Does the following apply to you
At least one (1) of the following:
- High School Diploma or equivalent or Associate’s Degree AND a minimum of four (4) years of full-time casework experience working with children and families focused on the protection and care of a child; OR
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
AND
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and active vehicle insurance
