POSITION: Case Support Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will perform duties in support of the Social Security Administration (SSA) program for our Investigative Services Group. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: running and reviewing Government reports, maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly statistical and tracking reports, assisting with case production and call center, initiating and processing background investigations, coordinating and conducting training sessions, and managing employee workloads plus other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to obtain and sustain a Public Trust based on a T4 investigation.
- Must be dependable and able to follow through with assigned tasks with little supervision.
- Learn and understand contract requirements by referring to customer guidelines.
- Track insufficient information when requested.
- Perform complex administrative functions related to entering information into databases.
- Assist with quality assurance materials, to include creation and filing case materials.
- Ensure proper handling of Security paperwork.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook.
- Excellent professional interpersonal skills both in person, by phone, and email.
- Highly organized, self-directing, and detail oriented.
- Experience in background investigations and/or knowledge of the Federal Investigative Standards (FIS), eQIP, and PIPs is preferred, but not required to apply to this position.
