Responsibilities
Cash Handling: Manage transactions with accuracy and efficiency, handling payments and providing receipts to customers.
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments within the dealership.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for service and sales departments, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Assist in general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean reception area.
Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Customer Service Skills: Previous experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, representing the dealership in a positive light.
Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn dealership-specific software.
