Cashier - Winter Lights Festival - City of Gaithersburg

The Department of Parks, Recreation & Culture, Cultural Events & Services Division, is looking for experienced cashiers to join our seasonal holiday team in the operations office of the Winter Lights Festival in Seneca Creek State Park.

The position is part-time and seasonal, with evening shifts available every night of the week from mid-November through December 2024. Availability to work holidays is required. You must be willing and able to work at least 10 shifts in the five-week operation. On our team, you will work an average of 10 to 20 hours per week and be part of a positive, responsible, and customer oriented group of people who like to make the work environment fun!

Starting hourly rate will be within the range and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. Direct deposit of paychecks is a condition of employment for all City of Gaithersburg employees.
