ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Works with Food & Beverage Attendant toexpedite anddeliver food orders to the gaming patrons and to provide the highest qualityguest service.

2. Thorough knowledgeof menu, including ingredients,sauces, and presentation.

3.Assemble food orders, sides, condiments and beverages for transport to guests.

4.Coordinates with Food & Beverage Attendant and kitchen staff for timelyandcomplete deliveryof food orders.

5.Deliver extra supplies and condiments as requested by customer upon delivery of order.

6. Keep workstation area well stocked, clean and prepared for all shifts.

7. Must beclean,well-groomed, and havea professionalappearance.

8.Must perform accordingto departmentand companypolicies.

9.Performs all otherwork-relateddutiesasassignedbytheFood&Beverage Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Work Experience Required: 6 months prior food and customerserviceexperience, food knowledge, and basic computer knowledge preferred.

Education:HighSchool Diploma and/or equivalent required.  Must possess current Food Handlers Certification.

OtherRequirements: 

·         Must be able to speak, read, andunderstandEnglish. 

·         Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. 

·         Knowledge of SafetyandSanitationguidelinesas setforth in individual job manuals.

·         Abilityto lift twenty-five(25)poundsforvarious job-related duties, throughout an eight (8) hourshift.Employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms and use hands to manipulate and feel.

·         Abilityto standandwalkthe entireshift excludingbreaksand mealperiods. 

·         Must demonstratepositive/enthusiasticapproach toallassignments and guests. 

SCHEDULED HOURS

Commerce Casino operates 24 hours, 7 days a week.  Schedules may vary depending on business needs.
