A casual-themed restaurant in Philadelphia, PA seeks an experienced full-time Head Chef.

Who we are: We are a casual-themed restaurant with significant high-volume take-out business. Our focus is flavor-forward, from scratch, menu items.

Candidate summary: The ideal candidate can take initiative and show leadership while at the same time being a great team player. This position has a ton of creative freedom in a fledgling pizza concept as well as having the security of overseeing our very successful seasonal beer garden.

Must have experience:

• 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role in a professional kitchen
• Hand-tossed pizza-making experience is a plus
• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
• Ordering & receiving, inventory
• Staff training & motivation
• Scheduling
• Managing 5-10 people
