The CT Technologist shall perform radiological and computerized tomography procedures under the supervison of the Radiologist. Responsible for supervising students during clinical rotations.
Responsibilities:Observe professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired regarding personal, financial, medical or employment of patients, families, and employees of DRMC.
Must follow and enforce accepted safety practices for patients and DRMC.
Must report hazards and initiate appropriate action.
Must participate in safety instructional programs.

Qualifications:Education: Knowledge of principles and procedures of diagnostic radiology as normally acquired through completion of two years post high school training in an approved school of radiological technology preferred
Experience: Must have at least one year clinical experience in a hospital and /or one year experience as a radiological staff technologist and be familiar with all aspects of radiological procedures with training in computerized tomography.
Licenses/Certificates: ARRT and CPR Certified preferred.
