As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you will manage the catering team on a daily basis, ensuring each shift is prepared and executed flawlessly. Reporting to the Catering Director and Managing Partner, you will play a crucial role in upholding the Chick-fil-A brand standards and delivering delicious experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare for shift and communicate game plans to Catering Director
- Hold huddles with team members to give specific execution behaviors
- Provide oversight and direction for your area, celebrating successes and correcting errors
- Ensure orders are prepared and ready for guest pick-up/delivery in a timely manner
- Confirm order details for next day orders by 5PM
- Monitor catering phone and pull catering sales data for sales improvement ideas
- Train and grow team members using Pathways and other training materials
- Participate in annual reading program and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Manage break schedules and follow safety/security procedures
- Work a minimum of two Saturdays a month
