Job description
At Chick-fil-A, the Catering Coordinator effectively executes all catering orders with excellence. They are brand ambassadors with the responsibility of demonstrating care directly to our guests both inside and outside the restaurant. They form relationships with regular catering guests and posses a great understanding of the Chick-fil-A catering menu. They are leaders in customer service and guest experience. In addition to catering, the catering coordinator will support FOH staffing in the need of operational requirements. This role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
