ABOUT FRESH KITCHEN: Fresh Kitchen invites guests to build their own chef-inspired bowls as fast as they can point. Made from scratch and fresh-to-order, guests are presented with seasonal ingredients including fresh greens, quinoa, sweet potato noodles, perfectly seasoned rices, roasted veggies, hormone and antibiotic-free grilled meats, responsibly sourced seafood options, home-made sauces and flavorful add-ons. The entire menu is 100 percent gluten-free with options available to suite a variety of lifestyles (vegan, paleo, keto); and all food is prepared using 100% olive oil. Fresh Kitchen opened their first location to overwhelming success in Tampa, Florida's SoHo district in 2014, and currently has 8 locations (and growing) throughout the state of Florida.
ABOUT THE JOB
Our CATERING MANAGERS partner with our management and hourly team to help provide Fast, Fresh, Convenient, and Friendly offsite guest experiences. In this position you'll bring our incredible food and energy to local businesses and guests in the community. You'll also participate in grassroots marketing and spearheads local community events, as an ambassador that seeks opportunities to helps build the business through brand awareness and cultivating connections. We're looking for charismatic person that has community connections, enjoys networking, and isn't afraid to hit the streets.
THE BASICS
- Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with our core values and culture.
- Handles All incoming catering calls and inputs all orders
- Responsible for Catering Sales Maintenance and Growth for defined store/territory
- Developing and maintaining a Catering Marketing Plan and Sales Goals
- Responsible for overseeing accurate execution of catering orders which includes clear, timely, and accurate communication of orders
- Develops and execute drop-boxes (B2B sales)
- Orchestrate and Attend off-site, catering specific promotional events
- Manage the guest sales cycle (from obtaining new guests, assisting current guests, to following up with lapsed guests)
- Management of delivery drivers and any in store catering help (hiring/onboarding, training, coaching, with GM/Regional Oversight)
- Ensuring all catering guests have an awesome guest experience (including assistance in handling any guest complaints)
- Maintaining an organized database in our CRM system

PRE-REQs
- Previous Catering/ Sales experience (Preferably in a restaurant setting)
- 18 years of age or older (at least 2 years of driving experience)
- Passion for food and people
- Awesome, outgoing personality (not afraid to talk to strangers!)
- Willing to complete MVR check and background screening
- Have a valid driver's license and insurance
- Strong attention to details and very organized
- Must have/ use own vehicle
- Self-Motivated and goals driven
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds and frequently squat and bend
- Awesome guest services skills and ability to be on call to respond to guests needs quickly and efficiently
