- Full-Time M-F
- Location: Remote but must be local or within driving distance to Moorestown, NJ.
- Pay Rate: $16-$18/HR
- Looking for Bilingual Candidate-English/Spanish

- Pleasantly answer phones, schedule patients via online chat, phone, email, text and fax and patient and referral source interaction on the phone
- You will work with internal teams and Regional Office Coordinators to assist with customer service and scheduling efforts
- Learn and navigate through 2 EMR systems
- Scheduling patients for all 34 of our locations in both NJ and PA
- Able to accurately register patients according to company policy and procedures and ensure required forms are completed and signed by patients
- Demonstrate amazing Customer Service andmaintain HIPAA Compliance.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- MS Office, basic office support skills (telephone, filing, data entry) and basic math skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette, pleasant personality and customer service skills.
- Excellent multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred experience in medical reception but not required
- Previous history with and working knowledge of insurance benefits, administrative duties, customer service and office experience a plus.
