About the Job
Aerobodies is seeking a skilled Certified Athletic Training (ATC) to support the United States Army . The successful candidate will assist in the coordination and implementation of training and program activities, working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government representatives. The ATC will also facilitate diverse training sessions, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ongoing fitness and performance assessments to enhance soldiers’ physical readiness.

Generating training materials to support the mission requirements and the Commander’s intent.
- Provide weekly and monthly summary reports/metrics detailing injury assessments, rehabilitation progress, performance improvements. and preventive care efforts.
- Assist the nurse practitioner with documenting in the Soldier’s official electronic health record any encounter involving the observation, treatment or care of a medical condition.
- Perform clinical, administrative, and other tasks
- Coordinate with H2F team to develop and execute approved training programs for Soldiers with and without physical limitations.
Qualifications:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree with four years of experience or master’s degree with two years of experience. Degrees can be from a related field.

Bachelor’s Degree with four years of relevant experience or master’s degree with two years of relevant experience. Relevant experience is defined as developing and executing task and environment specific functional injury control and health/well-being programs for groups of athletes or Service Members focused on a common sport or mission performance goal. Relevant experience must have been performed within the last five years. Employment related to internships or graduate work is not considered as relevant experience.

Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support (BLS): ATCs shall have and maintain
BLS with automated external defibrillators (AED) certification. The American Heart Association
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers is the only program accepted. BLS re-certification
shall be maintained in a current status at all times while performing under this contract.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% on average for work-related activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with government contracts, military culture, or healthcare solutions is a plus.
