• Pay - $24.00-$27.00/per hour depending upon skills and experience related to the role and monthly bonuses

Role Overview: As a Certified Service Technician (Certified Maintenance Technician), you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and well-maintained living environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the property remains in top condition, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to keep the property in excellent working order.
• Ensure all work areas and property exteriors are well-maintained and visually appealing.
• Address and resolve maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Foster positive relationships with residents by providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Ceritified Service Technician (Certified Maintenance Technician) with relevant experience.
• Strong technical skills in maintenance and repair work.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is required; CPO is a plus
• Willingness to learn and use technologies such as Outlook and SuiteSpot
• Availability to be on-call (rotating with the other Technicians) to address any emergencies
• Active and valid driver license is required
