To qualify for the position, you will need:
1
Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
2
A caring & loving personality and demeanor
3
The ability to work your scheduled shift
4
The ability to read, write & speak English
As a certified nursing assistant (CNA) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures
You will have all of the training, support, tools & equipment you need to provide the highest degree of quality care
Our team of nursing care professionals & mentors will be by your side every day, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1
Enhancing the vibrancy and quality of life of our residents
2
Helping residents throughout the day with their activities of daily living (ADLs), which are: eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting & hygiene support
3
Promptly responding to resident call lights
4
Preparing residents for therapy sessions, activities and appointments
5
Following infection control procedures
6
Documenting and charting your care for each resident
7
Protecting residents’ rights
8
Adhering to our policies and standards
