Requirements:
- Current State of HawaiiCNACertification
- Minimum of 6 monthsCNAexperience (within the last 24 months)
- Current two-step TB/Chest X-Ray (completed within the past year)
- Current hands-onBLSCertificate and First Aid
- Annual Physical
