• Provide daily personal care to residents
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in residents' rooms
• Ambulate and transfer residents, using appropriate assistive devices
• Record vital signs and other information as assigned
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition

• Current Nursing Certification from state 
• Current/active CPR certification

Earn UP TO $24.25/hr including shift differential

FULL TIME 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM  

12 hour shift may be considered

Must have valid KY CNA/SRNA license
