Job DescriptionThe Nursing Assistant, 12 Hours-PH Cardiovascular Unit reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Nursing Assistant performs both, patient direct and indirect activities which contribute to the organization of the unit under the direct supervision of the RN, and general supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse and Director of Nursing.
This position is part-time, 48 hours per pay period, night shift, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with alternating weekends and holidays.
Looking for applicants with 1 year hospital experience.
QualificationsCurrent Certified Nursing Assistant required through the State of Illinois. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association (BLS for Healthcare Providers) required. High School diploma required. Previous experience in a health care setting preferred.
