Highland Ridge is seeking a Part-Time CNA for our Work on Weekends Program (WOW)to join the Long Term Care team in Williamsburg, IA.

This role is designed for a CNA who wants to work every weekend!

Wage: $27.56 - $30.35+ per hour Based on Experience (Certified)

Current opportunities include:

Saturday & Sunday 6:00am - 2:00pm

Saturday & Sunday 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Pay and Benefits:

• Time and a half for weekend WOW shifts (calculated in wage quoted above)
• Eligibility for shift & lead differentials
• Eligibility for the Holiday Worked Premium if you work on a PHS defined holiday

Responsibilities:

• Perform ADL’s as scheduled and assist other Certified Nursing Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices.
• Monitor changes in resident’s condition
• Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.)
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity.

• Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered.
• Nursing Assistant Certification required to work in Long Term Care.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
