Overview of the Certified Payroll Specialist:
- Process and manage payroll for construction project employees, adhering to industry-specific regulations and requirements.
- Verify and maintain precise employee records, including hours worked, benefits, and deductions, while accounting for prevailing wage rates.
- Calculate wages, overtime, and any specialized construction-related compensations.
- Collaborate closely with the construction, HR, and finance teams to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance.
- Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in accordance with government agencies' standards.
- Stay updated on prevailing wage rates, labor laws, and construction-specific payroll regulations.
