Spinal Diagnostics is seeking a full-time or part-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practices located in Tualatin, OR & Newberg, OR. We specialize in nonoperative pain management utilizing innovative treatments & procedures to diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain. We do not manage opiate/narcotic medications. We are looking for a committed team player to provide high quality patient care in an outpatient office setting. The provider is responsible for assessing & diagnosing patients with chronic pain, and planning pain management interventions while following established standards & practices. Our focus is spine and neuropathic pain syndromes, and our mid-level providers play a critical role in the care of our patients. Prior experience within interventional pain management or spine surgery (orthopedic or neurosurgery) not required but would be ideal. *Starting pay range, based on education and experience: $115k annually* *with a comprehensive benefit package.*
Requirements:
* Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program and current Oregon license.
* Minimum of 1-2 years professional PA or NP experience in a clinical setting required.
* Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire.
* Prior experience with Centricity, EPIC, Praxis or DrChono a plus.
* Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, and office staff, patients and their families.
* Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
* Strong commitment to patient care team concept and privacy guidelines.
