The Position: We’re actively looking for a Certified Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist (CPCNS) with supervisory experience to coordinate our Client’s PACT Team, a program of multi-disciplinary clinicians providing treatment, rehabilitation and support services to adults with severe mental illness and substance abuse issues.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: Up to $91,371.00 (Depending on years of total clinical experience)
• Additional Pay: $2000 Annual Stipend
• 37.5 hours per week, schedule is flexible.

Responsibilities:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Ability to supervise employees and provide clinical supervision to interns.
• This work is community based, meaning you will be visiting clients in the community and in their homes, some case management is required.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices like CBT, emergency interventions, family, group and individual therapies, psychosocial education, risk assessments, sex offender treatment, substance abuse interventions, etc.
• Ability to drive with valid drivers license – may be called upon to travel to multiple clinic locations within Lynchburg, as well as transport clients and attend trainings at various agency sites.

Requirements:

• Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist Certification (PMHCNS-BC)
• Clear and Active RN License in the State of Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No Virginia Barrier Crimes on Record.
• Valid Drivers License
