• Oversee and manage safety and health programs for all construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health rules and regulations on construction sites.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure the safety of workers and the public.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Provide training and education to workers and supervisors on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, and develop recommendations for preventing future incidents.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and standards.

• Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management.
• Strong knowledge of safety and health rules and regulations for construction sites.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including workers, supervisors, and management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
