What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a tech-savvy, digital-forward Channel Marketing Manager to drive growth in a fast-paced environment. The Channel Marketing Manager will develop and execute channel marketing strategies, materials, and demand generation programs for both North America and international distributors and resellers. This role will create awareness and demand for Spectralink's enterprise mobile solutions, contributing to funnel and revenue expansion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint marketing plans with both North American and international distributors and resellers aligned with corporate strategy, focusing on partner engagement/enablement, education, and pipeline growth.
- Manage and optimize channel program structure, including program documentation, deal registration, and certification programs.
- Utilize intent-based marketing tools to identify and qualify high-potential accounts, enabling channel partners to capitalize on sales opportunities
- Create and deliver compelling channel-specific marketing materials, such as brochures, webinars, emails, newsletters, campaigns, win reports, presentations, etc.
- Execute and measure channel marketing campaigns across various channels (email, events, social media, etc.) to drive lead generation and ROI.
- Foster strong relationships with top-tier reseller marketing counterparts, conducting regular business reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
- Optimize joint marketing fund allocation for maximum ROI in collaboration with corporate marketing.
- Analyze channel campaign performance to refine strategies and improve results.
- Provide marketing reviews and KPI updates to key internal stakeholders
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
- B2B experience in wireless, telephony, applications or software preferred
- 10+ years of channel marketing experience
- Proven track record in developing and executing channel marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation preferred (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
- Energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
- BA / BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
Location: Strong preference for this person to be in Colorado but we do have a hybrid/remote workforce and will consider fully remote for the right person
Percentage of travel
Up to 25% travel to partner locations and events

Salary range: $110,000 - $135,000
