Our client is a world leader that provides business management software and solutions specifically designed for manufacturing. Their software and solutions assists all sizes of distributors, wholesalers and suppliers manage their business and increase profits. They are seeking to hire a Channel Sales Manager responsible for maintaining and growing existing partner relationships as well has implementing strategic plans to drive adoption of products/solutions. Establish client partner relationships and pursue new channel partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, nurture and manage assigned channel partner accounts
- Build and manage a pipeline; developing new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain client partner relationships
- Increase partner loyalty and develop strategies to drive and ensure adoption of products/solutions and revenue
- Drive continuous improvement strategies; launch new products/solutions as well as expand into new markets
- Articulate the value proposition of solutions and products
- Attend and participate in tradeshows and events
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Min. 5+ years of Channel Sales experience within ERP software solutions required; preferably within automotive, construction, manufacturing and/or retail
- Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM
- Ability to travel as needed
Offering:
- Base Salary $130,000 – $170,000 (based on experience)
- Year 1 @ plan to over $200,000
- Expenses covered for Travel
- Full Benefits Package
