About the Job
Produce CharlieCards for the general public and reduced fare customers within the CharlieCards Store.
Each of these employees will receive extensive training for specific purposes, which includes AFC System (Automated Fare Collection) training and Ticket Office Machine (TOM) training which enables them to produce CharlieCards for the general public and reduced fare customers within the CharlieCards Store.
Scope of Work Responsibilities include creating Charlie Cards for general public and reduced fare customers utilizing the AFC system and TOM, responding to customer e-mails/complaints, answering telephone calls, inputting/data entry into our web-based mailing system and various spreadsheets, mailing reduced fare Charlie Cards to customers, updating our TAP (Transportation Access Pass) database, performing various other duties to assist with servicing our customers.
