We're seeking a dynamic Director for our Charter Flights Division to lead operations in our private helicopter company. Reporting to the CEO, this role involves driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering excellent customer service to high-end clients. Responsibilities include strategic planning, business development, and maintaining FAA compliance.

- Oversee helicopter charter sales, including quotes, bookings, and scheduling.
- Craft business strategies to boost profitability, optimize the fleet, and broaden service areas.
- Offer exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and corporations with tailored itineraries.
- Promote sales growth through marketing and client relations.
- Work with pilots, ground crew, and maintenance to guarantee safe and punctual flights.
- Stay informed on FAA regulations and manage safety and compliance.
- Report on sales, client preferences, and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in aviation management, business, or similar.
- 3+ years in Part 135 helicopter charter sales.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Suite; aviation software knowledge a plus.
- Availability for evening and weekend work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury charter sales or high-end hospitality.
- Aviation safety and compliance training.
