Key Responsibilities:
We are in need for a bright, energetic, and friendly individual to join our team of professionals for a rewarding career in wellness. Candidate must be passionate about helping others, dependable, and interested in professional growth and development. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work under pressure, sell products/supplements, handle incoming phone calls, collect insurance information, and code and bill according to benefit coverage. Also, candidate will be responsible for collecting any outstanding balances as well as communicating with Managers in this respect. Candidate will assist in all administrative duties. The ideal candidate must have clear and open communication with all staff members, patients, as well as any affiliates.
