Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality seafood and soul food dishes in line with our authentic recipes.

Requirements:
- 4 years of professional culinary experience with a focus on seafood and soul food preferred
- Valid food handling certification.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong reliability and responsibility with a consistent track record of showing up on time and ready to work.
