Join our culinary team at Cranberry Place Senior Living, a premier retirement community dedicated to providing exceptional care and hospitality. We're seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver delicious, nutritious meals to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement creative and balanced menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation.
• Manage food costs and inventory to ensure profitability.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with the dining services team to provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a healthcare or senior living setting.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, nutritious meals.
• Ability to cook from scratch.
• Serve Safe Certified.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
