Kentucky Educational Television, (KET) has the following full-time position opening at its Lexington, Kentucky Network Center:

Our ideal Candidate will:
Support and assist Executive Director & CEO with the agency’s administrative oversight of human resources, finances, policy, operations and services.
Ensure efficient and strategic use of personnel and financial resources to support KET’s mission and accomplish the goals and objectives of the agency.
Oversee the financial affairs for three separate organizations with responsibility for fiduciary matters and strategic use of financial resources, including budget development and administration, audit, and reporting.
Hold responsibility for the overall management of human resources, including organizational development, succession planning, recruitment, training, policies and procedures.
Manage staff professional development, fostering a productive work environment.
Manage agency legal and contractual matters.
Monitor and develop agency policies and procedures and ensure regulatory reporting and compliance with entities such as FCC, Corporation for Public Broadcasting and PBS.
Serve as executive liaison to governing and fundraising boards.
Represent the Executive Director & CEO as needed.
Successful applicants will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
Bachelor’s degree with at least ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred candidates will have experience in executive management, strategic planning and operations, governmental policy and procedures, legal affairs, finance, human resources and experience at the highest level of an organization.
Candidate must demonstrate ability to lead and work as a team member and to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organization, including representing the agency with staff, board members, government officials, volunteers, viewers, media, and others.
Must be articulate, well organized, self-directed and effective in executing hands-on leadership.
Must have strong writing, communications, and professional interpersonal skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications.
