| Role Description: | 1. Architectural Design:o Design and develop architectural solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.o Create high-level architectural specifications and ensure feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms.2. Technical Leadership:o Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.o Mentor and coach developers on best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.3. Project Management:o Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.o Estimate the effort and resources required for architectural and development tasks.4. Collaboration:o Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other architects to understand the business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.o Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, issues, and solutions.5. Development:o Participate in the development process, including coding, testing, and debugging.o Ensure the use of best practices in development, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).6. Technology Evaluation:o Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with the organizations technology stack.o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.7. Documentation:o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, development processes, and system configurations. |
