Location: Successful candidate must currently live in, or be willing to relocate back to, Morgantown WV
Compensation: $120-160K base salary, depending on relevant experience plus benefits

Our client operates multiple businesses, offering employment in janitorial and grounds maintenance, secure document destruction or in a food services catering business. Collaborating with other businesses, our client facilitates suitable job placements in custodial services and grounds maintenance, office tasks, child care or food services.

- Ensuring effective day-to-day operations; implementing the organization’s strategic plan
- Growing programs and services, or developing new service lines, within budget parameters
- Developing the requisite financialresources to fulfill the organization’s mission.
- Representing the organization externally, providing leadership in areas not reserved to the Board.
- an undergraduate degree, in a relevant field, relevant master’s degree (e.g. MBA, MPA) a plus
- a stable work history and leadership experience running a non-profit of similar size or complexity or a relevant for-profit business, ideally both.
- Financial & Business Acumen, including experience balancing different lines of business
- Ability to maintain Compliance with all regulatory authorities, funders and grant-makers
- StrategicMarketing & PR savvy, appreciation for value of social media and digital marketing for market awareness, business development, fundraising and recruiting.
- StrongOperations skills, e.g. administration, budgeting, fiscal management, grant-writing, people management, training, program design, advocacy, vocational rehabilitation, counseling.
- Passionate about the opportunity to serve those with disabilities
- Demonstrated track record of revenue development and growth from diverse sources.
