Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team in Miami. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned financial leader to play a pivotal role in driving the financial success and growth of the firms organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
- Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to Management and the Board of Directors.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, maintaining the financial health of the organization.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
- Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
- Federal Return- extension, preparation of reports and documents for CPA.
- Annual employee statement of earnngs.
- Monthly revenue, billing and time input per employee.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Proven track record of managing a finance team and driving financial strategy.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
