The Crossroads Center is actively seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will provide visionary leadership to our organization. What You Will Do:
- Manage staff and provide leadership aligned with the agency’s business plan and strategic vision.
- Work closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to drive operational and financial results.
- Collaborate with the CFO to achieve favorable financial outcomes and set growth-oriented goals.
- Develop and implement effective growth strategies, measurement tools, and operational processes.
- Provide accurate reports on agency operations, and collaborate on budgeting and resource allocation.
- Encourage excellence and foster a positive work environment, ensuring adherence to agency policies and guidelines.
- Serve as Compliance Officer, ensuring adherence to internal and external protocols and licensing requirements.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of executive-level operational experience required.
- Experience in Community Behavioral Health preferred; Clinical Licensure (LISW or LPCC) is a MUST.
- Strong focus on budgeting, financial management, and corporate finance principles.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to perform various physical tasks and use office equipment.
