Chief Technical Officer & Vice President of Engineering, Deerfield, IL. Coordinate activities of trading/financial platforms 2 align company tech w/business goals. Lead engineerg & biz teams 2 transform biz expectatns into products. Develp & maintn systm arch & infrastrctre. Design investor/trader-focused featres. Integrate APIs fr/data brokers & exchanges, managg tick-based data flows. Design infrastrctre & DevOps 4 efficient prodct develpmnt. Oversee full life cycle of TrendSpider & SignalStack prodcts, incl quality assurnce, softw develpmnt, tech support. Analyze & connect w/markt data, brokerage & exchange APIs. Participate in financl planng & staff mgmt. Communicte w/enterprise clients 2 ensure needs are met. Reqs: Bach in Comp Eng or related (will accept foreign degree equivalent) + 2 yrs’ exp as Software Engineer 2 write code in multiple programmg langges such as JavaScript, & designg object-oriented softw. Utilize Java Script down 2 profiling RAM & CPU consumptn. Apply tech analysis concepts (e.g. markt volume & tech indicators) 2 build tradg applicatns. Remote work permitted.
