As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Technology, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
Global Finance Technology is a part of the Corporate Technology organization responsible for delivering and supporting an industry-leading technology solutions supporting the Office of the CFO and part of Global Technology. The Chief of Staff and Strategy Team manages the day-to-day business operations and strategic programs needed to shape the foundational structure that enables Global Finance Technology to deliver world class products. In this role, you will be partnering with our Leadership team, Product Owners and Technologists around the world to create and manage best in class strategic programs. These programs and workstreams will be focused on executive communications, data driven organizational decision making, perfecting processes and tooling, steering senior level governance programs, and supporting diverse cultural initiatives.
Job responsibilities
+ Manage as Chief-of-Staff responsibilities for the Management Tools Product Line, inclusive of managing day to day operational strategies and optimizing existing team processes
+ Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
+ Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
+ Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
+ Manage critical strategic initiatives as part of the program manage critical strategic initiatives identified by the Global Finance leadership team
+ Champion globally inclusive cultural initiatives focused on promoting Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
+ Experience in program/project/technology management, consulting, operations, or a combination of these
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work with senior leaders
+ Experience taking complex and ambiguous information and refining it into meaningful content and clear action plans
+ Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills (e.g., identifying trends, patterns, and root cause analysis using a diverse toolkit to address the root cause)
+ Ability to establish and build strong relationships and partnerships across cross-functional teams
+ Ability to influence, organize, and direct people across various seniorities, teams, and departments
+ Commitment to diversity, ethical, accountable, and transparent leadership
+ Desire to take on increasing management responsibility and project/program ownership
