Child Care Accounts Specialist - YMCA of Central Stark County

Full time hourly, Child Care Accounts Specialist

Rate:

$16 - $17/hour

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher
• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
• Ability to pass a background check
• At least 21 years old
• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Windows based operating systems & Excel spreadsheets
• Experience with managing client accounts and collections

Responsibilities:

• Assists Child Care Billing Manager in management of accounts for the Child Care Branch serving over 900 enrolled children
• Help assess and submit all ODJFS subsidy accounts through Kinderconnect
• Manage third party pay activity
• Monitor child care receivables and collect past due accounts
• Maintain clear communication with all branch staff, Child Care Leadership and clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to YMCA families
