Roles & Responsibilities
< span lang="EN-GB">Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Administer and maintain our Citrix cloud environment, ensuring its smooth operation.
Provide technical expertise in Citrix cloud technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service, Citrix Gateway Service, and Citrix Cloud Connector.
Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix virtualization infrastructure.
Deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix cloud solutio ns on the Azure platform.
Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of Citrix cloud and Azure solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and related components.
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to Citrix applications.
Manage Citrix policies, user profiles, and application delivery.
