Civil Construction Project Manager
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, with the ability to lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues as they arise.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing successful construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
