Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer Project Manager position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Proven experience in civil design, including roads, drainage, site, and water/wastewater systems.
Strong understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Applications.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing technical staff and guiding engineers-in-training (EITs).
Manage and oversee engineering design projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate with clients and technical teams to clearly define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Review and approve all project plans, specifications, and work products.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and quality assurance.
Support business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% paid medical insurance for employees, dental and vision coverage, 401k with profit sharing, 15 days of PTO, and one day remote work per week with a provided home workstation setup.
