Alltek Staffing is partnering with of an area civil engineering consulting firm that focuses on land development and municipal engineering. Our client has been in the area for over 20 years and has a need for a Project Manager / Sr Engineer for their office East of the City.

Job Details:

This is a direct hire role that comes with a salary, healthcare and PTO.
Position is traditional 8-5 and remote working flexibility.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Experience managing wastewater, stormwater management, site development projects. Experience with regulatory permitting, proposal preparation.
• Understanding of public projects from preparing construction plans, specifications, public bidding and construction contract management.
• Develop proposals, project plans, and schedules.
• Manage the design, development, and implementation of projects.
• Design municipal utility projects; handle construction contract administration; project management; and client contact.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Licensed Professional Engineer a plus
• 5+ years of Engineering experience.
• MS4 experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Broad technical background in one or more of the following areas: infrastructure planning and design, asset management, program management, as well as familiarity with EPA and state DEQ requirements and standards.
• Experience leading and managing project teams.
