Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer Project Manager position include:

• California PE License or in the process of obtaining it
• Minimum of 5 years of land development experience
• Strong experience in managing engineering teams and projects
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and client relations
• Develop contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work
• Lead project design efforts, including tentative tract maps, public improvement plans, and hydrologic studies
• Daily management and supervision of engineering designers
• Expertise in AutoCAD/Civil 3D required

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
